5 YEAR OLDS

On Tuesday we started the class as always, checking attendance and asking for permission to go to the bathroom. Then we review right, left, above and in front and behind while we jumped and clapped.After that, we sit in our seats and reviewed the vocabulary of the face with the flashcards and then we created the face of a monster drawing as many mouths, eyes noses and ears as we wanted. When we finished we had to explain our monster to the class.To finish the class we sang the song “5 little monkeys”, the lyrics are a little bit difficult so sometimes we forgot them but we love to put a funny voice when we are the doctor!

On Wednesday, we started the class as always, asking for permission to go to the bathroom, talking the weather, saying how we felt and asking our teacher too! The rest of the class was all about the feelings. First we helped our teacher coloring the new flashcards that she made for us. They were two for each feeling (angry, hungry, thirsty, happy, sad, sleepy, bored and surprised). We review them while doing this.After that the teacher put each feeling in a different part of the class and then she name one and we had to go to it’s place. It was fun to see who was the first finding it!We finished the class playing some rounds of the game “find the pair” and we had to name the pairs that we found.
