RED CLASS

On Monday, we started the class watching the Peppa Pig video which is uploaded in the blog. We really liked it! So, after that, the teacher asked us some easy questions related to the video, such as “ what does Peppa buy?”, “what colour are these?”, “can she jump in the mud?, and we had to answer them. We also work with vocabulary related to the video. As the video worked very well, the teacher proposed us to watch another video related with the topic that we are reviewing: animals.  Obviously, we say yes! We identified the animals on the video and learnt some other new animals (like “fox” and “zebra”). We also answered to questions related to the video. At the end of the class, we all together sang “Walking in the jungle”.


On Wednesday, we all finally got the books! So we could start to use them. At first, it didn't sound very good to use a book, but it was very funny! We met the characters of our books: the Star family, with the father, the mother, the son, the daughter and the dog. We listened to some activities with them, and after that, we repeated what they said. In one activity, we had to introduce ourselves, so we said “my name is...” and “I'm .. years old”. We used different voices, like our “monster voice” or our “baby voice” so it was really funny. At the end of the class, the students who participated very good, received a star in their hands. We will work very hard the next months to get thousands of stars and learn English!
